Learning Management System (LMS)
Seatech Maritime Training and Assessment Center Inc. - Naga

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this system.

Use of this LMS requires authentication, including but not limited to Google Sign-In.


2. Purpose of the LMS

This LMS is provided exclusively for:

  • Delivery of maritime training and assessment programs

  • Access to course materials, learning activities, and assessments

  • Monitoring of learner progress and training records

The LMS is not intended for general public use or non-training activities.


3. User Accounts and Access

  • Each user must use their own authorized account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms or applicable training regulations.


4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the LMS only for lawful, training-related purposes

  • Follow all instructions provided by instructors and administrators

  • Respect intellectual property and confidentiality of training materials

Users must not:

  • Upload malicious, offensive, or unauthorized content

  • Attempt to bypass security controls or system restrictions

  • Misrepresent identity or training records


5. Training Content and Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, assessments, and documents are the property of Seatech Maritime Training and Assessment Center Inc. or its licensors.

  • Materials may not be copied, redistributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.


6. Assessments and Records

  • Assessment results, completion data, and activity logs recorded in the LMS are considered official training records.

  • Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or interfere with assessments or records will result in disciplinary action and possible disqualification.


7. Availability and System Limitations

  • The LMS is provided on an “as-is” basis.

  • While reasonable efforts are made to ensure availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

  • Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect access.


8. Account Suspension and Termination

The organization reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access without prior notice for violations of these Terms

  • Restrict access after course completion, expiration, or regulatory requirements


9. Limitation of Liability

Seatech Maritime Training and Assessment Center Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of access due to user error or external service interruptions

  • Damages arising from misuse of the LMS

  • Third-party service failures, including authentication providers


10. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the LMS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
