Kindly:

• Do not post unsolicited advertisements or spam.
• Do not harass other users.
• Do not upload or post materials that are unsuitable for people under 18 years old.
• Do not abuse the limits of this free service by uploading gigabytes of videos or other files.
• Do not upload anything that you don’t have copyright for.

Violators of this code of conduct, including spammers, will have their accounts blocked.

• Secure Browsing: Ensure that you use secure and updated web browsers and be cautious of phishing attempts and suspicious links.
• Reporting Issues: Immediately report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or inappropriate content to the administration to help maintain a secure online environment.

• Consequences: Failure to adhere to this policy may result in restricted access or suspension from the platform.

At Seatech Maritime Training and Assessment Center Inc., we may capture photographs, videos, and audio recordings during our training programs and events. 

By participating, you consent to the following:

1. Image Use: I give permission for my image to be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to videos, websites, digital brochures, and printed brochures.
2. Voice Recording: I give permission for my voice to be recorded and used in online videos, programs, and podcasts.
3. Purpose: These materials may be used for educational, promotional, and informational purposes to enhance and promote our programs and services.
4. No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my image or voice.
5. Withdrawal of Consent: If you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, please notify us in writing. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any materials already produced.
